A1: We are false eyelash manufacturer, we can provide samples for you to check the quality.
Q2: How many samples can you provide for once and are the samples free??
A2: Free sample (1-5 pairs), but you need to afford freight cost.
Q3. How can I create my own brand lash line?
A3: We accept custom package box with your own logo. When the quantity of your order reaches to 50 pcs, we can do packaging with your own design. The price of the box is based on style and material.
Q4: How many times can 3D mink fur strip eyelashes be used?
A4: 20-30 times in proper and gentle way.
Q5：Are the lashes cruelty free ?
A5：Yes, all lashes are cruelty free. The mink hair is collected when the minks fall their hair every year, so no harm to them.
Q6：Can I customize the lashes?
A6：Yes, if you already have your own styles, you can send us the pictures or better you send the physical sample to our factory so we can customize the lashes closely like yours.
Q7：Can you accept private label packaging or OEM? And what is the cost for private label?
A7：Yes, we can. Just send us your logo and requirements, we can make the design and confirm it with you until you're satisfied. The total cost for private label can only be determined based on the products chosen plus packaging, quantity, labeling requirements and other finishing details.
Q8：What is your delivery lead time?
A8：In general, delivery lead time is within 3-7 business days after payment, we make the delivery as soon as possible with the guaranteed quality.
Q9：What is MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?
A9：Our MOQ is very flexible, can start as low as 5 pairs (mixed styles).
Q10：What kinds of payment method using?
A10：T/T, Paypal, Trade Assurance Order in Alibaba, Western Union, etc.
A11：How you ship the goods? And how much is the shipping cost?
